Strongly encourage you to watch the entire interview!
My short synopsis that does not do any justice to this interview:
The virus is not the enemy, they are necessary for our adaptation, our evolution.
Our true enemy, the true cause lies in our polluted planet, polluted air, glyphosate riddled and large scale animal Ag dependent food system, our pandemic level chronic disease rates and our disconnection from that natural world.
My short commentary:
What is behind this? Look into predatory capitalism and the economic forces standing to gain from our collective misery, diseased states, ceaseless wars.
Demand clean food, water and air.
Eat whole foods, mostly plants
Reconnect, connect daily with nature.
Move your body daily
Fight for a Green New Deal. We must end our addiction to oil.
End CAFOs (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations)
End the construction of new oil pipelines.
End police brutality
End for profit prisons.
End discrimination in the work place.
Love yourself. Look within, seek out qualified support to help you work with trauma, your disconnection from your True Self.
Love one another. Especially those who are oppressed and dying at disproportional rates.
Black Lives Matter.
How to see the film, more info:
The chronic disease rate in children in 1960 was 4%
Today it is 46% percent
Make no mistake, we are sacrificing our children’s health and future for economic gains.
Profit trumps health in our current system.
Until we address food, chemical & environmental policy we will continue to create more disease than prevent. Until then we must continue to educate at local levels on the power of food as medicine and the dangers of chemicals.
Imagine a world without chemical farming. Where our best medicine, whole plant foods are served in all schools and there is access to this best medicine by all. If you believe in a right to health care then it follows that we should have access to our best preventative medicine. Imagine a world where politics and policy bows to and must pass this primary test: Does this policy help or hurt our children and the planet.
Good for Marianne Williamson for bringing up the true causes of disease that no one else wants to talk about.
Learn more about the causes of cancer below:
Foods and disease, business of medicine:
chemicals will no longer be used on our food & soil
farmers will make more money growing organic food over grass seed and Christmas trees
animal agriculture will fade away
non-human animals will be happy and free
our soil will become alive again
our rivers and air will be clean
tools for true health will be taught
the homeless will be housed
the hungry will be fed
workers will have a living wage
basic health care and education will be a right and free
whole plant foods, nature’s best medicine, will be maximized
medications will be minimized
compassion & joy over fear, anger and greed
sharing over hoarding
present over past
union over separation
The powers that be wish to keep us disconnected, distracted, confused & fearful of one another, pointing fingers at those unknown from afar.
We are better
Our destiny is a greatness not yet known
Love in the end wins
Liberation is the goal
Every moment there is a choice to be present, to learn, to listen, to let go and transform
Then to share our gifts with the world
This is why we are here

‘Overview’ is a short film that explores this phenomenon through interviews with five astronauts who have experienced the Overview Effect. The film also features insights from commentators and thinkers on the wider implications and importance of this understanding for society, and our relationship to the environment. http://www.overviewthemovie.com/

In 1960 the chronic disease rate in children was 4%, today it is 46%.
If trends continue, by 2030 1 in 3 children with be autistic.
Many things need to change and the health of our soil and the exposure to chemicals such as glyphosate needs to be at the forefront.
As our external ecology goes, so does our internal ecology.

Fully occupy the space of your body
Reclaim your birthright of being fully human with the practice of full embodiment
- “To be (fully) human is to become visible
while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.” ~ David Whyte
- “let the soft animal of your body love what it loves’. ~ Mary Oliver
- The Buddha taught ‘When you sweep the floor, sweep the floor’ – be fully in, fully present in whatever activity your are doing
In this sympathetic (fight, flight or freeze) dominant culture, recruit back your parasympathetic nervous system to be awake, present and calm
Do this by:
Observing posture and breath
- Straight spine, minimize slouching, allow your shoulders to rest on top of your rib cage
- Soft belly breath, inhaling through the nose
Learn, practice meditation – dhamma.org
Chant, sing, drum, play!
Connect with Mother Earth ~ barefoot on the grass, embrace a tree, observe, appreciate and listen to her and all earthlings
Move your body – Walk, run, skip, swim, dance!
Cold water can give you a jump start. Perhaps finish your showers with cold water. http://wimhofmethod.com
Eat whole plant foods and when you choose a treat, enjoy it with your whole body!
One step, step by step, feel into your wholeness
- Read Bill Plotkin Soulcraft Musing: Re-Visioning Our Selves #4 Growing Whole
To all the peaceful warriors out there
- Don’t give up!
- Keep showing up with the power of presence
- Keep mirroring embodiment
To all those with dominant feelings of fear
- Gift yourself a few moments of full embodiment practice daily observing your posture and breadth
- Place your hands on your heart, slow the breadth, breathe into your heart space, let your belly be soft and rise with your inhalation through your nose, feel one thing you are grateful for for 3 minutes a day
- Return to Love ~ Read Mariane Williamson, Brune Brown, Pema Chodron
To all those with overwhelming depression, you are paying attention! You are awake in an unjust world! We see you! We need you!
- Fully occupy your body with the practices above or others that serve your true health
- Depression is an opportunity for transformation
- Seek out a somatic or depth therapist
- We deserve community
Before we can rise we need to descend into the darkness, drop down into soul work, create ritual.
- Read Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin
May we all show up daily, be present, feel our bodies, connect, reclaim our birthright of being fully human. Return to love, serving one another, all earthlings & our shared home, planet Earth.
What to Remember When Waking
In that first hardly noticed moment in which you wake,
coming back to this life from the other
more secret, moveable and frighteningly honest world
where everything began,
there is a small opening into the new day
which closes the moment you begin your plans.
What you can plan is too small for you to live.
What you can live wholeheartedly will make plans enough
for the vitality hidden in your sleep.
To be human is to become visible
while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.
To remember the other world in this world
is to live in your true inheritance.
You are not a troubled guest on this earth,
you are not an accident amidst other accidents
you were invited from another and greater night
than the one from which you have just emerged.
Now, looking through the slanting light of the morning window
toward the mountain presence of everything that can be
what urgency calls you to your one love?
What shape waits in the seed of you
to grow and spread its branches
against a future sky?
Is it waiting in the fertile sea?
In the trees beyond the house?
In the life you can imagine for yourself?
In the open and lovely white page on the writing desk?
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountain and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting—
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
